The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation said Sheri McGregor was arrested in Onslow County last week. McGregor is wanted on a first-degree murder charge out of Martinsville, Virginia. NCSBI officials said she also has two outstanding warrants for her arrest in North Carolina.
